I suppose it's in dance because techno has a more 'videogame-esque' quality to it and trance is much more hypnotic.

no actually it is exactly 4:00 newgrounds just does that for some reason if u got the original mp3 file you could see it is exactly 4:00 minutes long. but thanks anyways.
